We accept Aeropay and cash. Make sure to place orders fifteen minutes before our closing time and allow fifteen minutes after ordering for us to fulfill your selections and prepare for in-store pickup. The Happy Cannabis Co. is located at 4120 N Bell School Road in Loves Park, Illinois. Our doors are open to locals and visitors Monday through Saturday from 9 AM – 5 PM and Sundays from 11 AM – 5 PM. We look forward to providing a positive experience to each and every customer.
Return Policy / Defective Products
If you feel your product is defective, DO NOT BRING THE PRODUCT OR PACKAGING BACK INSIDE THE STORE, as it is against state regulations. We process defective products through the cultivator using the following procedure:

- Your full name
- Date of purchase
- Product name & brief description of the issue
- A clear picture of the product
- Proof of purchase (Photo of receipt OR order confirmation # along with picture of product label)
You will be notified of any compensation via email if your claim is approved
